		<description>Once again joe has articulated the lay of the land.  I think there is more in common with soa and web 2.0 than is different.  They are each good at solving different problems.  I like and use them both and see no reason they are at odds with each other in the conversations I&#039;ve read.  Yes there are times when you could use either, but by and large they solve different problems for me.</description>
