		<description>I would imagine that the main focus of pressure would actually come to the management side of an organisation - e.g. how to ensure that &quot;creative environment&quot; is used productively, and so on. 

This would raise the issue of access - who gets the right to have comedy podcasts updated while at work? Then are the issues of security, non-disclosure, compliance, litigation avoidance, etc.

Such complexity is likely to make management hesitate when it comes to &quot;enrichment&quot; of work environment, hence a need for a solution or framework that would combine security, ease-of-use and great degree of personalization.</description>
