		<description>He looks at the uses of blogs, podcasts and wikis as essential tools in this “2.0” world. I agree with Mr. McAfee and I sincerely hope that more senior executives will allow themselves to be exposed to and accept forward-thinking pieces such as this one as reality. Change will come. An overnight overhaul isn’t expected or advised, but gradual adaptation to this new world will be a prerequisite for success.
