I've been experimenting with delegating calendar management, figuring out how to improve my talk management process with outsourcing, and other cool things. Now I'm trying illustration and storyboarding! Based on that I came up with my own new definition of collaboration: Collaboration is the intersection — the collective voice — of individual contribution. The spin I wrote about parallels this personal outsourcing concept with that of SaaS, except instead of Software as a service... it's YaaS...
