Of course, the way this is done is through committees, memos, decrees, and &quot;special corporate programs&quot; that elicit more eye-rolling than results. Enterprise 2.0 thinking (not just the tools) needs to be part of the way organizations are run -- not just technologies thrown into the mix. I always liked Mike Hammer&#039;s saying: &quot;If you automate a mess, you get an automated mess.&quot;</description>
