		<description>Sure. Work has to be interesting and fresh. Just like how we like our advertisements fresh. Otherwise, we lose interest very quickly. Perhaps there's an unmet service for management consultants to continually "renew" the workplace. It can be packaged up like McDonalds and rolled out to multiple work places at the same time. Since it's faddish and there's no need for efficacy, since they are trading off the placebo effects of management change, it doesn't have to be as disruptive as changing the orgnanisational structure every 6 months.</description>
