Resources unbounded, I would quickly add other dimesions to this...it tends to capture the portion that everyone wants to focus on and not really on the potential. It's the 'prologue', not the story itself. It is the necessary grounding of information to tell the real story of the potential of Enterprise 2.0 -- to transition online from 'finding' to 'doing'.
