It seems as if the barriers to entry for these fields are high for the younger and less experienced. As a result, broadcast major and minors fresh out of college have a hard time finding jobs in these industries. It's a shame that potential isn't valued in industries that is in desperate of need innovation and fresh ideas. I couldn’t agree more.
