		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more.  It seems as if the barriers to entry for these fields are high for the younger and less experienced.  As a result, broadcast major and minors fresh out of college have a hard time finding jobs in these industries. 

It&#039;s a shame that potential isn&#039;t valued in industries that is in desperate of need innovation and fresh ideas.</description>
