Enterprise 2.0, web2.0, SaaS2.0, Product Development2.0, Web2.0 in travel, Testing 2.0 all 2.0's are nothing but using the power of collaboration and intelligence of network. Organizations have started to realize the role a community of users ( employee, participants) can play in promoting, creating a new product or service.

Few days back I was watching one day cricket match between India and England, you know I found out Commentary2.0. It is involving viewers to ask the question, post comments during the live match.

I have no qualm about the fact that 2.0's have great potential, however there are few more things like Framework for participation, protecting secrets and other issues which also need to be seen, before 2.0 can really take on in great manner.
Do visit my blogs to see my views on testing2.0, Product development 2.0, web2.0 and other 2.0's
Cheers

Paula - Thanks. I have learned a lot from talking with the software providers in our emerging space. Each has a different perspective but I find all the stories useful. I was struck by how these stories reflected what I see as the spirit of enterprise 2.0. Bill
