I got hooked. My 'test' interaction had me captured for a few hours and several purchases. It was even the location from which I ordered all the special jewelry for my daughter's wedding last year -- much of which was all custom ordered. Half of the 'experience' isn't even the online interface, it's in the packaging of what gets sent. Never have I had $5 purchases so carefully wrapped in colorful papers, with personal notes of thanks. It's truly a woman's best friend. I continue to shop there frequently.
