		<description>If you really want to conserve communications bandwidth, you&#039;re right you shouldn&#039;t make a phone call - but a text message to a family member or two is all it takes. One doesn&#039;t need twitter to avoid overloading the network - and by using a text message, it would get sent just once on the air.</description>
