We have a blend of 800 IT practitioners and we often self-invest in technologies like WEB 2.0 tools - adopted from the consumer sphere and deployed in-house to drive better work practices and multi-party interactions. From there, the diffusion of innovation travels through to the rest of the business much faster because they can &quot;see&quot; a proven and trusted case in our own culture and operating environment.</description>
