Isn't this just a clever way for a big company to steal ideas from individual innovators? Several of these ideas will spawn successful businesses making anywhere from $10M to $1B for Cisco. Yet all they are paying in return is a single $250K signing bonus to be split among the winning team and the potential for jobs at Cisco for that one team. Meanwhile Cisco just lifts the 10 or 20 top ideas for free from the losing teams. What a scam!
