		<description>As someone that currently works with small businesses and small business solution providers but has also seen the enterprise side of things first hand, I have noticed some big changes recently in service, most notably a major focus on very personalized services – related to everything from regular IT support to selling software and hardware, etc.  I think anyone that wants to succeed is going to have to continue to up the ante on looking at real business problems and finding sophisticated IT solutions that at the very least feel custom made for each individual business.  I&#039;ll be interested to see how this new degree of service fits into the grand scheme of things and satisfies the varied needs of businesses on the enterprise level and otherwise.</description>

		<description>We see this happen all the time at PBwiki.  We start of with a few small deployments, and as other departments come into contact with the PBwiki suite, they come in and buy additional seats to roll out in other areas.

It&#039;s still a little unclear how the top-down CIO push and the bottom-up frontline pull will meet in the middle, but it should be exciting!</description>
