I share your puzzlement as to the low rating of some of the more interesting (and maybe too recent) technologies like Tagging, Prediction markets and especially Mashups as they seem to generate a lot if interest lately.

I also agree that the social networking high ratings are surprising and think they may come from the lack of any specific collaboration tool on the list. Responders may have boundled under social networking a few other collaborative tools.

Another interesting point in my opinion is the relationship between IT driven initiatives and the level of satisfaction. It has a hard time with the chaos and vendor proloferation that is web 2.0 these days and may care for standartization more than utility.
