I&#039;ve been pretty close to the Web 2.0 adoption issue as it relates to Canadian government, including soliciting the government 2.0 adoption paper mentioned in the above article.  While the interest is really high, the actual number of public facing online collaboration initiatives that are embracing a Web 2.0 approach is still really limited. Most government employees do not feel they have proper &quot;permission&quot; to participate.
