		<description>Thanks Bill. Another way to gain control of your personal brand when networking, is by setting up a personal online profile. I did one at www. personavita.com.  It is basically an online portfolio of your work, achievements and goals where others can validate your credentials. You can also make a personalized URL link to whoever you want to show it to. I think it cuts out all of the hassle while still staying in touch with others. I think online networking can be tedious. But, I also think that you have to know where to put all of your effort. I like to concentrate on one specific website. That way I don&#039;t have to check a bunch of different sites.
