Thanks for your kind words.  If we took a bit more time to examine our motivations for advocating the adoption of a particular tech tool, I suspect we'd do a better job of marrying technology to business process.  As a result, we'd have fewer tech flops.  A tool in the wrong hands or for the wrong purposes is not much better than no tool at all.
