More and more services, especially in the enterprise 2.0 area, will be used as cost-effective software-as-a-service. Simple tools will get a growing number of adopters whereas complex suites will loose. Looking at social software, microblogging tools combining both simple micromessaging and microsharing will see a much quicker adoption than weblogs and wikis due to their simplicity.
