		<description>Amazing, absolutely amazing.  Over the last several hours I&#039;ve found countless blog after blog after blog talking about using social networks to grow their businesses.  But in a way I&#039;m not surprize to find military organizations using these networks for recruiting as well.  A business reccruits employees, while army recruit soldiers.   It&#039;s amazing how technology can change the mentality of almost anything.</description>
