		<description>Actually, something Josh said here made me think about a subtlety that has been alluded to but not called out (at least not repeatedly): not only does the business have to listen and respond more appropriately, the tools themselves have to adapt to the conversation, based on what they &#039;hear&#039; over time. </description>
