FASTforward’09 Interview: Jeffrey Dachis
by Joshua-Michéle Ross
Jeff is keenly interested in the emerging concept of the social enterprise – where the boundaries between customers, employees and other stakeholders is dissolved, and where freer flows of information unlock new value for all constituents. The social enterprise is not a “change” from business as usual – but a transformation effort interlinking new technology and redesigning business process and, of course, the magic ingredient in everything is ensuring that people in the organization are organically part of that. Jeff is in stealth mode on a new startup but gives a few hints as to what we might look for.
