I signed up with Humana in July ‘09. Have 3 Rx that need to be refilled but Walgreens will NOT accept Humana. RightSource, owned by Humana, will NOT transfer Rx from Walgreens so another Dr. visit to get new Rxs.

Now the point —Instead of working on a 'social media policy' Humana needs to go back to the very basics of customer service.

Anyone can use the tag, Chris. It means that we're essentially opening up our conversation to the world. Our next meeting is going to be on 3/5; you can follow it on search.twitter.com using the hashtag #hcoc. Thanks for writing!
And Bill, thanks so much for the post . . . we appreciate it!

Chris,

You're not missing anything. A public tweet stream is not necessarily sustainable. I wrote about our lessons learned after the meeting here:

Am I missing something? Is there a particular twitter user account I can follow, or do I have to do a search.twitter.com for #hcoc? In that case, what's to prevent anyone out there from adding #hcoc to their tweet?

I'm confused.
