From an E2.0 perspective this is a clear leveraging of the adaptive technique of “tapping existing energy”. The problem is that most businesses are so focused on ‘day-to-day’, that they’re not looking for market opportunities that are once-in-a-moment.

As Taylor Guitars has shown, it’s not only possible to leverage energy in the marketplace, even negative energy can be successfully tapped for positive messaging.
