Directive") are: 1. Transparency 2. Participation 3. Collaboration But I noticed that YOUR list substitutes "Technology" for Obama's "Participation". And, hey, I like technology (having been online 20 years now), but I was wondering if there was a conscious reason for presenting three priorities that are close to, but different than, the three basic ones that Beth's been given to work on. I'll understand if it's simply a matter of not being interested in talking about "Participation". The three things that President Obama said he wants (and that Beth Noveck has been working on for the “Open Govt. Directive”) are:

1. Transparency
2. Participation
3. Collaboration

But I noticed that YOUR list substitutes “Technology” for Obama’s “Participation”.
