Jon, I couldn&#039;t agree more. The framework we can use to understand these changes is Systems Thinking, which includes concepts such as emergence. Since Systems Thinking looks at inter-connectedness and relationships, it is the most important tool with which to understand organizations and the relationship dynamics of the people who work in them.
